Once you have been in discussion with another real estate agent/agency about listing your home we may be unable to refer you. After your company of choice accepts our referral in writing and the confirmation of your homes closing with your agent and company of choice, we will deliver to you a full refund of the money you spent for one of the List For Less Programs up to a limit of one thousand two hundred and fifity dollars ($1,250.00).
